Chipotle Beef Rib Fingers
Boneless Rib Finger Meat slow cooked with our Chipotle Cocoa Rub. This is such flavourful meat. For a complete meal pair with rice and veggies. The leftover juices can be poured over the meat and rice.

- 1.5 kg boneless rib finger meat
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Chipotle Cocoa
- 2 cups beef stock
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Juice from 1 lime
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Cut the rib meat into bite sized pieces.
In a large bowl mix together the ribs pieces, oil, and Mae’s Chipotle Cocoa Rub and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix together beef stock, Worcestershire, lime juice and apple cider vinegar and pour into a slow cooker.
Place meat on top of the stock and cook on low for 8 - 10 hours.
Serve with rice and veggies.
