Chipotle Beef Rib Fingers
Boneless Rib Finger Meat slow cooked with our Chipotle Cocoa Rub. This is such flavourful meat. For a complete meal pair with rice and veggies. The leftover juices can be poured over the meat and rice.
Ingredients
- 1.5 kg boneless rib finger meat
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Chipotle Cocoa
- 2 cups beef stock
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Juice from 1 lime
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Cut the rib meat into bite sized pieces.
- In a large bowl mix together the ribs pieces, oil, and Mae’s Chipotle Cocoa Rub and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix together beef stock, Worcestershire, lime juice and apple cider vinegar and pour into a slow cooker.
- Place meat on top of the stock and cook on low for 8 - 10 hours.
- Serve with rice and veggies.
