Chipotle Beef Rib Fingers

Boneless Rib Finger Meat slow cooked with our Chipotle Cocoa Rub. This is such flavourful meat. For a complete meal pair with rice and veggies. The leftover juices can be poured over the meat and rice.

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 kg boneless rib finger meat
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Chipotle Cocoa
  • 2 cups beef stock
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Cut the rib meat into bite sized pieces.
  • In a large bowl mix together the ribs pieces, oil, and Mae’s Chipotle Cocoa Rub and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, mix together beef stock, Worcestershire, lime juice and apple cider vinegar and pour into a slow cooker.
  • Place meat on top of the stock and cook on low for 8 - 10 hours.
  • Serve with rice and veggies.
