On medium - high heat sauté onions and garlic in oil until lightly browned.
Add in ground beef and cook until no longer pink.
Add in red bell peppers, green onion, green chilies, tomato sauce, Mae’s Chili & Taco Seasoning, granulated onion and salt.
Cook on low for 20 minutes.
Preheat oven to 450 F.
In each tortilla place 1/3 cup of the beef mixture in the filling and roll up. Place seam side down in baking dish.
Cover with salsa and cheddar cheese.
Bake for 20– 25 minutes until cheese is bubbly Serve with sour cream, lettuce, and diced tomatoes
