Greek Potatoes
Potatoes made Greek Style with lemon juice and Mae’s Greek Souvlaki. Excellent served with Greek Chicken.

- 4 - 6 yellow skinned potatoes unpeeled
- 2 tsp Mae's Seasonings Greek Souvlaki
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion thinly sliced
- 4 - 6 garlic cloves minced
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Cut each potato in half lengthwise. Then cut each half into 4 pieces.
Combine Mae’s Greek Seasoning, lemon juice and olive oil together. Then combine with potatoes.
Bake potatoes for 20 minutes. Then mix in onion and garlic, Bake for another 20 minutes. Stir and bake for additional 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
