Greek Potatoes
Potatoes made Greek Style with lemon juice and Mae’s Greek Souvlaki. Excellent served with Greek Chicken.
Ingredients
- 4 - 6 yellow skinned potatoes unpeeled
- 2 tsp Mae's Seasonings Greek Souvlaki
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion thinly sliced
- 4 - 6 garlic cloves minced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Cut each potato in half lengthwise. Then cut each half into 4 pieces.
- Combine Mae’s Greek Seasoning, lemon juice and olive oil together. Then combine with potatoes.
- Bake potatoes for 20 minutes. Then mix in onion and garlic, Bake for another 20 minutes. Stir and bake for additional 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
