Chipotle Salsa
A very easy Salsa recipe using our Chipotle Cocoa Rub.

- 1 can (28 oz) fire-roasted tomatoes
- 1can (4oz) diced green chiles
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup diced red onion
- 1 - 2 jalapenos deseeded and diced
- 2 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Chipotle Cocoa
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- Juice from 1/2 lime
In a medium sized bowl, place tomatoes and cut up so that you have just little chunks.
Add in green chillies, garlic, onion, jalapenos, Mae’s Chipotle Cocoa Rub, sugar, salt and lime and mix.
Let sit in fridge for at least 2 hours before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
