Balsamic Steak Marinade
This tenderizes any cut of steak and is made with Mae’s Rosemary Garlic which is the perfect combination for steak. This is great on or off the barbecue. Perfect with corn on the cob.

- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Mae's Seasonings Rosemary Garlic
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 4 steaks
In a small bowl mix together all ingredients except steak.
Add steaks to a resealable zip lock bag or large bowl and pour the marinade over them. Marinate for 2 – 8 hours.
You can either fry these in cast iron or skillet or BBQ these to your preferred doneness.
Rare:125 F
Medium Rare: 135 F
Medium:145 F
Medium Well: 150 F
Well Done: 160F
