Pork Snitzel
Snitzel made with Mae’s Oma's Fried Chicken Seasoning. This is a great quick weekday meal. Pair it with roasted potatoes and veggies for a complete meal. This is best served with lemon juice.

- 4 boneless pork pork chops center cut or loin chop
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tbsp Mae's Seasonings Oma's Fried Chicken divided
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- canola oil
Pound out the pork until very thin but not so thin its going to tear. Then trim off any fat and set aside.
You will need 3 bowls that will fit the pork into.
For the first bowl mix together the flour, 1 tbsp Fried Chicken Seasoning and salt. For the second bowl, beat the eggs. For the third bowl mix together 1 tbsp Oma's Fried Chicken and the panko .
Using a fork for each bowl, place the pork into the flour mixture, then egg mixture and then last the panko.
Fry the pork in a frying pan with some oil on medium - high until golden brown. It should only take about 3 minutes per side depending on how thin you have pounded them. Serve with lemon juice squeezed on them.
