Pumpkin Loaf
Pumpkin loaf made with Mae's Maple Pumpkin Spice. Perfect for the fall with pumpkin spiced lattes.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 6 tsp Mae's Seasonings Maple Pumpkin or Gingerbread Spice
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup pure pumpkin not pumpkin pie filling
- 1 cup brown sugar packed
- 1/2 cup pure apple juice
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Sift together flour, Mae's Maple Pumpkin or Gingerbread, baking powder, baking soda and salt into medium bowl.
- Combine pumpkin, brown sugar, apple juice, eggs,, oil and vanilla in large bowl; stir well. Stir in flour mixture just until moistened.
- Spoon into a greased 9 X 5 inch loaf pan. Bake for 65 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool in pan on wire racks for 10 minutes; remove to wire rack to cool completely
