Maple Balsamic Marinade

Pork marinated with Mae’s Maple Garlic Seasoning. You can use bone in or boneless pork in this recipe. This is also good with pork tenderloin. The balsamic makes this very tender.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Mae's Seasonings Maple Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 pork chops or steaks

Instructions
 

  • Mix together olive oil, maple syrup, balsamic, Mae’s Maple Garlic and salt.
  • Marinate pork at least 8 hours before cooking.
  • In a cast iron on medium heat cook pork until cooked, about 5 – 7 minutes per side depending on thickness and the bone. When no longer pink the pork is cooked.
  • If using pork tenderloin sear in cast iron for about 5 minutes per side then transfer to preheated oven for about 20 minutes
