Lemon Rosemary Chicken
This recipe is made with Mae's Rosemary Garlic. This perfect blend of spices goes great with chicken and lemon. Perfect Greek Inspired meal when paired with roasted potatoes and greek salad.
Ingredients
- 4 - 6 chicken thighs bone in
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Mae's Seasonings Rosemary Garlic
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
- lemon wedges
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- In a large bowl mix together oil, lemon juice, Mae’s Rosemary Garlic, honey and salt. Mix in chicken pieces and thoroughly coat with this mixture.
- Transfer to a large baking dish and bake for 40—45 minutes.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
