Greek Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Pork Tenderloin marinated using Mae’s Greek Souvlaki. This is great served with roasted potatoes, Greek salad, pita and tzatziki.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 3 - 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Mae's Greek Souvlaki
  • 1 pork tenderloin

Instructions
 

  • Mix together olive oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, garlic and Mae’s Greek Souvlaki.
  • Brush on pork tenderloin and wrap in plastic wrap. Marinate overnight or for at least 8 hours.
  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Remove the pork from the marinade. On medium heat sear the tenderloin in a 12 inch cast iron for about 5 – 8 minutes per side.
  • Transfer to oven and cook for 15 – 20 minutes or until cooked. It should read 145 F when cooked.
  • Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
