Greek Marinated Pork Tenderloin
Pork Tenderloin marinated using Mae’s Greek Souvlaki. This is great served with roasted potatoes, Greek salad, pita and tzatziki.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 3 - 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp Mae's Greek Souvlaki
- 1 pork tenderloin
Instructions
- Mix together olive oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, garlic and Mae’s Greek Souvlaki.
- Brush on pork tenderloin and wrap in plastic wrap. Marinate overnight or for at least 8 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Remove the pork from the marinade. On medium heat sear the tenderloin in a 12 inch cast iron for about 5 – 8 minutes per side.
- Transfer to oven and cook for 15 – 20 minutes or until cooked. It should read 145 F when cooked.
- Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
