Chipotle Lime Vinaigrette
A very easy Salad dressing recipe using our Chipotle Cocoa Rub. This can also be used to marinate pork and chicken.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 - 2 limes juiced
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tsp Mae’s Seasonings Chipotle Cocoa
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients and serve with a salad. It would also make a great marinade for pork and chicken.
